All service-and content-provider must provide a Swedish HELPDESK NUMBER, reachable during normal office hours, with Swedish speaking callcenter agends. Only questions regarding the kind of offered service and regarding the cost originated by the corresponding Premium Rate number on the phone shown on the phone bill of the caller need to be answered. Automated answering machine services are not allowed. This helpdesk number needs to be advertised together with the Premium Rate number (see e advertising example below). The helpdesk number will be provided by next id together with the Premium Rate number. |
